Fact-Checking Policy

Last updated: 14 May 2026

What we check

Before an article is published, we verify:

  • Pricing, plan limits and feature claims for every tool mentioned.
  • Statistics and survey data — sourced to the original report, not a secondary blog.
  • Direct quotes — confirmed against the recording or transcript.
  • Step-by-step instructions — tested end-to-end on a clean account.

Sources we trust

We prefer primary sources: official documentation, vendor pricing pages, peer-reviewed research, and on-the-record interviews. When we cite a secondary source, we link to it so readers can judge for themselves.

Re-checks

Tool prices and feature lists change often. We re-check evergreen reviews at least every 90 days and stamp the date of the last review on the article.

Corrections process

  1. Email corrections@aiwikitool.help with the article URL and the specific claim you believe is wrong.
  2. An editor will respond within two business days.
  3. If we agree, we update the article and add a dated correction note at the bottom.
  4. If we disagree, we will explain why and link any sources we relied on.

What we do not do

We do not silently rewrite articles to hide mistakes. Material corrections are always noted.
