Editorial Policy

Last updated: 14 May 2026

AIWiki publishes guides on AI tools, online income, and productivity. Our readers use what we publish to make real choices about software, time, and money. The policy below is how we try to earn that trust.

Independence

Editorial decisions are made by the editorial team. Vendors, sponsors, and affiliate partners do not get to see articles before publication, and they cannot change our recommendations. If a vendor sponsors a section of the site, that section is clearly labelled.

How we source

For tool reviews, the writer or editor uses the product themselves before publishing. For tutorials, the steps are tested end-to-end on a fresh setup. Statistics, prices, and quotes are sourced from primary materials (vendor docs, official pricing pages, named interviews) wherever possible.

Editing process

Every article passes through at least two pairs of eyes: the writer and an editor. Features and reviews of money-related products go through an additional fact-check before publication.

Disclosures

  • Affiliate links: articles that contain affiliate links say so up front.
  • Free trials and review units: if a vendor gave us free or extended access to a tool to review it, we say so.
  • Conflicts of interest: writers must disclose any financial relationship with a tool they cover.

Corrections

If we get something wrong, we fix it as soon as we know. Material corrections (facts, prices, claims) are noted at the bottom of the article with a date. Typos and small clarifications are silently edited. Email corrections@aiwikitool.help if you spot something.

Updates

Software changes constantly. We re-review evergreen guides on a rolling basis and stamp every article with the date it was last reviewed. If a tool has shipped a major update, we re-test before re-recommending it.

User-generated content

Comments and contributor submissions are moderated. We remove spam, harassment, and content that violates the law.

Use of AI

AIWiki uses AI tools for parts of our research and drafting workflow. Every published article is reviewed and edited by a human editor on the team. See our AI usage policy for the full breakdown.
